Pavithra is the Founder and Chief Technology Officer of Advent AI Services, where she leads the firm's technology vision and consulting practice focused on delivering business-aligned, human-centric AI solutions.

She holds an Integrated Master of Technology (iMTech) in Computer Science from the International Institute of Information Technology Bangalore (IIIT-B) and brings in hands-on experience designing and delivering complex technology solutions across industries including healthcare, railways, human resources, and travel.

At Advent AI Services, Pavithra works closely with leadership teams to help organizations adopt Artificial Intelligence in a practical and responsible manner. Her expertise spans AI strategy, solution architecture, and implementation, with a strong emphasis on aligning AI initiatives to measurable business outcomes.

In addition to consulting, she leads the firm's AI capability-building and executive training initiatives, enabling leaders and teams to develop an AI-first mindset and operational readiness. Her approach combines technical depth with clear business context, ensuring AI initiatives are scalable, sustainable, and trusted.

Pavithra is driven by the belief that successful AI transformation requires equal focus on people, process, and technology. Through Advent AI Services, she partners with organizations to translate AI potential into long-term enterprise value.

Vijay is a seasoned banking and financial services professional with nearly three decades of experience delivering large-scale technology and transformation programs for leading financial institutions across India and the Middle East.

He has held senior roles with organizations including Qatar National Bank, where he managed complex core banking, ATM switch, and credit card processing implementations, and Scope International, the back-office operations arm of Standard Chartered Bank, supporting cross-border process transitions and infrastructure planning. Earlier in his career, he worked with firms such as Aurelec Data Processing Systems, PCS Data General Ltd, and Computer Garage Private Ltd, building a strong foundation in enterprise systems and infrastructure.

Vijay has specialized in the banking and financial services domain, leading implementations of mission-critical platforms including core banking systems (Misys Equation), ATM switches (Base24), and credit card processing systems (PRIME), with multiple deployments certified by VISA and MasterCard.

He has also led product development initiatives for microfinance institutions and financial services firms through his long-standing role as Co-Founder and Product Manager at Apparent Infotech.

At Advent AI Services, Vijay serves as a Financial Services subject matter expert, advising on domain-led solution design and responsible AI adoption within regulated banking environments. His role ensures that AI initiatives are grounded in real-world banking operations, risk controls, and enterprise scalability.

Vijay is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and brings deep expertise in program governance, stakeholder management, and capability building. He is widely recognized for his ability to simplify complex systems and mentor teams through large-scale transformation programs.
